Browse vetted candidates in Cherrypicker's Talent Network who have indicated they're open to new opportunities.
Candidate profiles are initially anonymous. You can request an introduction to someone you're interested in, and their identity is revealed once they accept your request.
You can also connect with qualified candidates who express interest in your job opportunities that you distributed to the Talent Network.
Best for: Hiring teams looking to discover candidates who are already open to exploring opportunities.
2. Source: Find candidates using our AI-Assisted Sourcing feature
Cherrypicker's AI Sourcing feature helps you identify potential candidates based on the requirements of your open role.

3. Recruit: Automate candidate outreach
Already know which candidates you'd like to contact?
Upload a list of LinkedIn profile URLs, and Cherrypicker handles the recruiting outreach on your behalf.
The platform finds available contact information, conducts personalized outreach, and manages follow-up messages to help generate interest in your opportunities.
When candidates respond positively, your hiring team can engage with them directly.

Getting access to Cherrypicker
Cherrypicker is available to approved companies.
- Submit your company's access request.
- Our team reviews your request.
- Once approved, you'll receive an activation email.
- Follow the activation link to create your password and access your workspace.
Important: Your activation link is valid for 7 days.
The person who requests access becomes the initial workspace owner and can invite additional team members.
Is Cherrypicker free?
Creating and using an approved company workspace is free. You purchase credits when you're ready to use credit-based recruiting features.
Credits can be used for activities such as recruiting candidates, AI Sourcing, screening candidates, and Talent Network introductions.
Credits are shared across your company's workspace, allowing your team to work from the same available balance.
There are no traditional recruiting agency placement fees when you hire a candidate through Cherrypicker.

- Tracker: Monitor recruiting activity, candidate outreach, and introduction requests.
- My Candidates: Review candidates across the Interested, Sourced, and Not Interested tabs.
- Chat: Communicate directly with candidates who have expressed interest in your opportunities.
Getting started: Your first recruiting campaign
We recommend following these steps to get the most out of Cherrypicker.
Step 1: Complete your company profile
Add your company information so candidates can learn more about your organization and the opportunities you're offering.
Step 2: Invite your team
Add colleagues who will be involved in managing jobs, reviewing candidates, or communicating with interested talent.
Step 3: Create your first job
Navigate to My Jobs and create a job with a clear title, description, and requirements.
Step 4: Choose how you'd like to find candidates
Depending on your recruiting needs, you can:
- Browse the Talent Network to discover available talent.
- Use Source to identify candidates through AI-powered sourcing.
- Use Recruit to contact a targeted list of candidates from LinkedIn.
- Order Sourcing Support to have our human sourcing team build a targeted list of candidates for a role. It's a separate one-time purchase, not paid with credits, and you can order it from the Recruit tab or a job's page.
Step 5: Monitor candidate activity
Visit Tracker and My Candidates to follow recruiting progress and identify candidates who express interest.
Step 6: Connect with interested candidates
Use Chat to engage with interested candidates, answer questions, and coordinate the next steps in your hiring process.
