    Share your referral link

    Once approved, you get your own referral link. Send it to the companies you advise when hiring comes up.

  3. Step 3

    Earn credits

    For 12 months starting from the date of a referred company’s first purchase, earn Cherrypicker platform credits on every credit purchase it makes.

For 12 months from the first purchase by a company that joins through your link, you earn credits equal to 20% of each credit purchase it makes. Bonus credits post to your firm's Cherrypicker account 30 days after the purchase and are good for 12 months from the date they are issued.

Can partners be paid in cash instead of credits?
No. Partner bonuses are paid only in Cherrypicker platform credits, never in cash, and credits have no cash value. Each firm should use its own discretion and confirm that its professional, ethics and client obligations allow it to take part before joining or making a referral.
How much do I earn per referral?
You earn credits equal to 20% of every credit purchase a referred company makes in the 12 months after its first purchase, rounded down. If a referred company buys 1,000 credits, you earn 200 credits.
When do bonuses post to my account?
Bonus credits post 30 days after the referred company’s purchase.
Do bonus credits expire?
Yes. Bonus credits are good for 12 months from the date they are issued.
How long does a referral keep earning?
Twelve months from the referred company’s first purchase. Every credit purchase it makes in that time counts toward your bonus. The first purchase needs to happen within 12 months of the company’s account being activated.
What can I use partner credits for?
Credits earned from the Cherrypicker Partner Program are platform credits. They are added to your firm’s Cherrypicker company account and can be used for any action inside of Cherrypicker that runs on credits, like sourcing, screening and recruiting candidates for your own open roles. This helps lower recruiting spend and maximize your firm’s hiring budget.
Do I need a Cherrypicker account?
Yes. Partners need an active Cherrypicker company account. Platform access is free and companies only pay for the credits they use. Send us an inquiry on this page and our team will reach out to get you set up.
How are referrals tracked?
Through your partner referral link. Companies that come to Cherrypicker through your link are attributed to you, so share that link rather than a general Cherrypicker URL.
Who approves partners?
The Cherrypicker team reviews every application. The program is designed for firms that work closely with growing companies that need help with recruiting and hiring.
