Before you book

Is this a sales pitch?
It is a working session. We scope a real open role live and show you what the campaign would look like for it. If Cherrypicker is not the right fit for what you are hiring, we will say so on the call.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No. If you have a job description handy it makes the call more concrete, but it is not required. Thirty minutes, no prep needed.
Who should be on the call?
Whoever owns the hiring outcome. Usually that is a talent acquisition lead, a head of HR, or the hiring manager for the role. Bringing the person who will actually use the platform helps.
How long is the call?
Thirty minutes. We keep to it.
What happens after the demo?
If it is a fit, we set up your account and you can start building candidate lists straight away. Creating an account is free and you only need credits when you are ready to recruit candidates.
Can I just see pricing instead?
Yes. Pricing is public and there is a calculator on the pricing page. Cherrypicker is free to join, credits start at $1,500, and there are no placement fees when you hire.
