Recruiting a candidate takes one credit, so a starting package can recruit up to 300 candidates if you spend all of it on outreach. You can also put credits toward sourcing, screening, and talent network access. Based on historical data, most roles fill within 300 candidates recruited.

Credits are the single currency for the whole platform, so you decide the mix. Use them to recruit candidates (one credit each), to have our team source a targeted candidate list for a role, for AI-assisted screening, and for talent network access. Current credit costs for each action are shown in the platform before you spend anything.

For each candidate you want to reach, Cherrypicker finds their verified contact data, builds a personalized outreach message, launches an outbound campaign on your behalf, and handles follow-up. That full process counts as one candidate recruited, and it uses one credit.

A credit covers the work Cherrypicker performs: enrichment, personalized outreach, and follow-up across the full campaign sequence. It is spent when that work runs, not when a candidate replies. If we cannot find or enrich a candidate's LinkedIn profile, you get a full credit back for that candidate. If we cannot find verified contact data, you get a half credit back.

No. Cherrypicker does not charge placement fees, ever. When you hire someone found through Cherrypicker, you owe us nothing extra. You pay for credits. That is it.

Yes. You can top up your balance at any time from inside the platform at $5 per credit, and larger packages come with volume discounts. Credits are shared at the company level, so your whole team draws from the same pool and can apply them to any role.
