Your company profile introduces your organization to potential candidates and helps them learn more about your business, culture, and benefits.
A complete, accurate profile gives candidates useful context when evaluating your opportunities and deciding whether they're interested in connecting with your team.
You can manage your company profile under Settings → Company Details.
Note: Only workspace owners and admins can save changes to company information.

Best practices for creating an effective company profile
Write a compelling company description
Your description should help potential candidates quickly understand who you are and why they might want to join your organization.
Consider including:
- What your company does: Explain your products, services, or mission.
- What makes you different: Highlight your company culture, values, or competitive advantages.
- Why someone should join: Share what makes working at your organization appealing.
Tip: Use clear, conversational language rather than lengthy corporate descriptions. Focus on the information candidates would find most valuable.
Highlight your benefits and perks
Select the benefits your organization offers, such as health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, or flexible working arrangements, where applicable.
Important: The benefits selected in your company profile are automatically added to newly created jobs. You can customize them for each individual job.
Keeping your company benefits updated helps maintain consistent information across new job postings.
Include links that build credibility
Consider adding relevant company resources, such as your careers page, company news, leadership interviews, or employer branding content.
These resources give candidates additional ways to learn about your organization before deciding whether to pursue an opportunity.
How company profiles work with confidential searches
Cherrypicker supports confidential recruiting searches when you don't want to publicly identify your company in initial outreach.
When Confidential search is enabled for a job:
- Your company is described by its industry instead of its name in recruiting outreach emails and job alerts.
- Candidates can still view your company name on the opportunity page before indicating they're interested.
This allows you to keep your company's identity confidential during initial outreach while giving candidates visibility into the employer before they express interest.
Keep in mind:
- Expect fewer replies. Candidates are far more likely to respond when they know who's hiring.
- Keep your company name out of the job description. Candidates see the description exactly as you wrote it.
Troubleshooting
I can't save changes to my company profile.
Only company owners and admins can save changes to company information.
If you don't have permission, contact your workspace owner or an admin.
My company logo isn't uploading.
Make sure your image:
- Is a PNG, SVG, or JPG file.
- Is no larger than 2MB.
If the upload still fails, try another supported image file or contact support.
My company's benefits aren't appearing on a job.
Benefits selected under Company Details are automatically added when you create a new job.
If you're editing an existing job, review that job's benefits separately to ensure they reflect your current offerings.
