The Recruit tab

The Recruit tab is where you recruit people that you found on LinkedIn. Add their LinkedIn profile URLs individually or bulk upload a list, and Cherrypicker finds their contact details and runs personalized outreach with follow-ups on your behalf. It costs 1 credit per candidate recruited.

How to launch a campaign

  1. Click Recruit in the sidebar, then Start Recruiting.
  2. Add candidates. Choose Paste URLs to enter LinkedIn profile URLs (format: https://www.linkedin.com/in/username), or Upload CSV and pick the column that holds the LinkedIn URLs. Invalid URLs and duplicates are flagged and not counted. A campaign can hold up to 300 candidates.
  3. Customize outreach. Every campaign is for one of your jobs. Select the role, or click Not listed? Create a new job, then choose Why is this role open? You can add anything else candidates should know. Check How we describe your company, because it opens every outreach email.
  4. Review and launch. Check the candidate count and credits needed, then click Launch Campaign and confirm. Outreach starts right away.

Other ways to add candidates

  • Chrome extension: save profiles as you browse LinkedIn. They wait in Saved from LinkedIn on the Recruit tab until you click Recruit candidates.
  • Sourcing support: under Need help building your list?, ask our team to build a list for you. It costs $1,000, with a full refund if we can't build a qualified list. Delivered lists appear under Delivered sourced lists. Click Recruit these candidates to start a campaign, which costs 1 credit per candidate recruited.

After launch

Recruited candidates appear on your Tracker under Pending Introductions until they answer. You're notified when someone is interested, and their contact details are shared once they say yes. To see earlier campaigns, click Past campaigns.

Cost and refunds

  • 1 credit per candidate recruited.
  • No charge for anyone who has already engaged with your company, or whom you've already unlocked.
  • People your team contacted in the last 30 days are skipped and not charged.
  • Full refund if we can't find the LinkedIn profile data, or still can't send your outreach after 30 days.
  • Half refund if the profile is found but no verified email is available.

Current and former employees

Cherrypicker can't recruit current or past employees of your company, because we won't send someone an opportunity from their own employer. If you upload a CSV, map its company column (Company (checked, not imported)) so we can catch your own employees before launch. Anyone caught there isn't charged. If we only find out after looking up their profile, the credit isn't refunded.

If you see a notice that launching campaigns is temporarily unavailable, you won't be charged. Campaigns you've already launched stay in progress.
