AI Sourcing finds people who fit your role, ranks them best fit first, and lets you recruit the ones you like. A search costs up to 3 credits for up to 300 candidates, and you're only charged for the candidates we find.
Running a search
Every search is for one of your jobs, because we pitch that role to everyone you recruit.
- Click Source in the sidebar, or click Find Candidates on a job's page to skip to step 3.
- Pick one of your active jobs, or click Create a new job. If the job already has past searches, you can open one of them or click Start a new search.
- Review the criteria, which are filled in from your job, such as job titles, location and radius, skills, years of experience, industry, companies and education. You can also use Describe who you're looking for to add to them. A job title, a location (or a remote role) and Why is this role open? are required.
- Click Search candidates, then Proceed (3 Credits).
Your own company is always excluded from results. You don't have to wait while a search runs: click Notify me when it's done, and the results will be waiting in your past searches.
Reviewing results
Results show 25 at a time, best fit first. Each profile shows how it matched your search. Results are a sourcing aid to help you find people to contact, not an assessment of anyone's qualifications, so review every profile and make your own decisions.
Results are sorted into Pending Review, Shortlisted, Declined and Recruited. See Shortlist and Decline. To export a list, click Download CSV.
Loading more
When you reach the end of Pending Review, click Load more candidates. Each batch costs up to 3 credits for up to 300 more candidates from the same search.
Recruiting a candidate
Click Recruit Candidate, then Confirm (1 Credit). We find their contact details and reach out on your behalf. They appear on your Tracker under Pending Introductions until they answer, and you're notified when someone is interested. Contact details are shared once a candidate says yes.
Cost
- Search: up to 3 credits for up to 300 candidates. If we find fewer, the unused credits are refunded (a search that finds anyone costs at least 1 credit). If we find no one, all 3 are refunded.
- Load more: the same, up to 3 credits per batch.
- Recruit: 1 credit per candidate.
You need at least 3 paid credits in your balance to start a search or load more. Promo credits can't be used for AI Sourcing.
Finding past searches
Click View Past Searches on the Source screen to reopen any earlier search. To change the criteria, click Refine Search and run it again, which uses up to 3 credits. Your earlier search is kept.
An older search that isn't linked to a job can't recruit from its results. Open its list on the Recruit tab and choose the job there.
If you see a notice that AI Sourcing is temporarily unavailable, you won't be charged while it's paused.
